I can help get you there by utilizing a technique called Brainspotting to assist your brain and body in reshifting its energy, in a sense, retraining the brain to reset your nervous system for optimal performance.

I have been around athletes of all ages for over ten years. It’s stated that 90% of sports performance and 75% of sports injury recovery is mental, and through my experience with athletes, I can attest 100% that this is a true statement.

I come in with a neuroscience and kinesiology perspective versus just a therapeutic one. I am trained in Brainspotting Phase 1 and 2, with an added expansion on sports performance specifically. Since the body reacts unconsciously, this modality allows it to release on an unconscious level to clear performance blocks.
